Order Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and ready to ship.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

We currently ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–6 business days.
 
Please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to weather,courier disruptions, or high-demand seasons.
 
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.
  • COD is only available within Pakistan.
Shipping Charges:

We strive to keep our shipping costs minimal

  • Flat Rate: Rs. 200 (nationwide)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,500
Any changes to shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.
Undeliverable Packages:

If an order is undeliverable due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. We will reach out to confirm details before taking further action.

Delays & Issues:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors (such as courier issues or weather conditions). However, we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery concerns.
