Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (such as teeth whitening kits,toothbrushes, and oral care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.If your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:
  •  You received the wrong product.
  •  The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.Your order was lost in transit and never delivered.
  • You canceled the order before it was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund:
  •  You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
  • You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately at contact@pearlteeths.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly, either by resending the item orissuing a refund, depending on the case

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Processing Time

Once we confirm your refund request:
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be returned via your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on:
  • Opened or used items
    Items returned after 7 days
  • Orders with invalid claims (e.g., no proof of damage)
  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale
